General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 38bet platform, accessible at 38bet.bio, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing. By accessing the 38bet platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 38bet platform.

38bet is an internationally operated online gaming and sports betting platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is permissible under the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 38bet makes no representation that its services are legal in any specific jurisdiction. Players based in Bangladesh access the platform on the understanding that they do so at their own discretion and accept full legal responsibility for their participation.

38bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 38bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 38bet platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. 38bet enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all registered players. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided. 18+
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your ability to enter contracts.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or officer of 38bet or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person. Restricted persons are not permitted to maintain player accounts or participate in promotional offers.
• One account per person: You must not hold any other active or previously closed account on the 38bet platform. Duplicate account registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• No self-exclusion in force: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion period requested by you or imposed by 38bet. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.

38bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or at any subsequent stage of account use. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 38bet services, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering, you must create a registered player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay where applicable).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 38bet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as activity conducted by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to 38bet support prior to that activity occurring.

1. Accurate information: All registration details must be truthful and must match the identity documents that will be used for KYC verification. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
2. Password security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your 38bet account. 38bet recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
3. Device security: Ensure that any device used to access your 38bet account is secured with a screen lock or password. Do not access your account on shared or public devices. Log out fully after each session.
4. Reporting compromised accounts: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 38bet support immediately at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat. 38bet will investigate and take appropriate action including temporary account freeze pending review.
5. Name accuracy: The name on your 38bet account must exactly match the name associated with your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account). Mismatches may cause withdrawal delays and will require additional verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the 38bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 38bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time due to technical or operational factors outside 38bet's control.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 for all mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to any KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 38bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Deposit source: All funds deposited into your 38bet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 38bet does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits received from accounts not matching the registered player's name will be returned and the account flagged for review.
• Processing times: Mobile banking deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the sending institution. 38bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Transaction security: All payment communications between your device and 38bet's payment gateway are transmitted over SSL-encrypted connections. 38bet does not store full card or mobile banking PIN details on its servers.
• Fraudulent transactions: Any deposit identified as being made with a stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment instrument will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account, forfeiture of all associated balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

38bet reserves the right to impose transaction limits on a per-account basis where it identifies unusual activity, pending verification, or risk management requirements. Such limits will be communicated to the affected player via email or on-platform notification.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

38bet offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 38bet unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. One bonus per player: Each registered player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
3. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, video slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. The eligible game list and contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion's specific terms.
4. Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically without prior notice.
5. Abuse prevention: 38bet monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal variance. Where such patterns are identified, 38bet reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.
6. Withdrawal of deposit before wagering completion: Where a player withdraws their deposit amount before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Players are advised to review the specific terms of any active bonus before initiating a withdrawal.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering an account and using the 38bet platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and gaming. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, illegal, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 38bet platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments; impersonating another person; providing false identity documentation; or any other form of deception directed at 38bet or other players.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage over other participants. This includes communicating hand information, coordinating bet placement to manipulate outcomes, or any other coordinated cheating strategy.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-reading software, or any other automated means to interact with 38bet games or sports markets in a manner that is not permitted by 38bet. Human play is required for all wagering activity.
• Money laundering: Using 38bet to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 38bet operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where required.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account on the 38bet platform, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including bonus abuse, circumventing deposit limits, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing 38bet staff members, live dealer table hosts, or other players through any communication channel provided on the platform, including live chat and game chat functions.

38bet employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 38bet may take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of balances, voiding of winnings, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. 38bet's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or 38bet — may initiate the closure of a player account. The process and implications differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.

Player-initiated closure: Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting 38bet support at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, 38bet will process the request within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard withdrawal verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

38bet-initiated suspension or closure: 38bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so by 38bet.
• Discovery that the registered account holder is under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during account use.
• Suspicious transaction patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or abuse of the payment processing infrastructure.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or near-zero real-money balance, following notification to the registered email address.

Where 38bet closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Where closure is the result of a Terms breach, 38bet reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where the breach involves fraud or illegal activity, to pass relevant information to authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 38bet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the 38bet platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

38bet does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. 38bet will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via email or on-platform notification, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime.

38bet's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 38bet is registered as an international operator. Any dispute arising between a player and 38bet that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. Players in Bangladesh retain any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable local law.
